We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Support Workers with good communication skills to join our team. At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. A genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced check by Access NI for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by Autism Initiatives.

You will be required to refund the Access NI cost of £33.00 to Autism Initiatives if you leave your employment within six months of your commencement date.

Essential Criteria:

  • Working, Voluntary, or Personal knowledge of providing care and/or support.
  • Full UK Driving Licence held for at least one year
  • Be flexible to work on a rota basis that includes unsocial hours and weekend
  • NISCC registered or willing to apply
