Meeting the individual needs of people with autism by providing specialist support to access activities in the community.

Our flexible, person-centred outreach service is autism specific and can provide you with:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Support Worker/s
  • Access to Transport
  • Support to access recreational activities
  • Support to and from day opportunities / school / work
  • Support with your health and wellbeing
  • Opportunities for social interaction
  • Support with communication skills
  • Accommodation search and maintenance
  • Daily living skills which will empower you to cook, clean or stay organised
  • Chances to learn new skills, gain independence, increase self-confidence and control
  • Mentoring, advice and guidance

How to access the service:

You can self refer, or we can accept referrals from a variety of sources including Health Trusts, GPs and Universities / Colleges. 

Referral Criteria:

  • You must have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or currently be awaiting an assessment for an ASC
  • You must have funding from your Local Authority, HSC Trust (Northern Ireland) or HSE (Ireland) or be willing to self-fund the service
  • Our services are available for ages from 5 years to adult
