Chip Shop Charity Night to Support Local Autism Projects

Posted on 22nd September 2020

Bloomfields Chip Shop on Lytham Road Blackpool is getting set to do what they do best and cook up a storm for a great local cause.

The chippy, run by Ken Mace, will be hosting a charity night on Saturday October 3rd in support of Autism Initiatives, which supports many local autistic people and their families.

Ken says: “We’re offering all our suppers from 2pm until late for just £2 on Saturday 3rd October with all profits going towards supporting Bristol Avenue, a community resource centre that works alongside local autistic people and their families.”

Bloomfields hope their event offering great food at a great price for a great reason will be a great way to raise funds for Autism Initiatives who run the Bristol Avenue centre along with a wide range of other autism services locally.

Ed Green, Community Fundraiser for Autism Initiatives said: “We are delighted to have the support of Bloomfields Chippy and hope that as many people as possible will head down to Lytham Road on Saturday October 3 to take advantage of this great offer and support our charity.”
