Highland One Stop Shop Stakeholders have their Say

Our annual stakeholder report is now available to download

In order to gain feedback from the people who use our services and other stakeholders we conduct annual surveys. During the last year, with all the challenges of a global pandemic we felt that it was more important than ever to understand and respond positively to the needs of those we work alongside.

Our Highland One Stop Shop (HOSS) has remained open and continued supporting people in the most difficult of circumstances and the outstanding results of this survey are a real testament to the amazing team who deliver this service.

Those who responded to the survey were asked to rate HOSS out of 100 and, we were pleased to receive an average score of 90 from the people who directly use the service.

It has totally changed the way I see myself in the best way possible. Making so many friends with the same condition as me was once only a dream, but now that it's a reality, it has really boosted my self-esteem. (quote from someone who accesses support through HOSS)
