Our flexible, person-centred outreach service is autism specific and provides a number of support options to suit your needs, these include:
- 1:1 or 2:1 Support Worker/s
- Access to Transport
- Support to access recreational activities
- Support to and from day opportunities / school / work
- Support with your health and wellbeing
- Opportunities for social interaction
- Support with communication skills
- Accommodation search and maintenance
- Daily living skills which will empower you to cook, clean or stay organised
- Chances to learn new skills, gain independence, increase self-confidence and control
- Mentoring, advice and guidance
Out and about
You can self-refer, or we can accept referrals from a variety of sources including Health Trusts, GPs, and Universities / Colleges.
Referral Criteria:
- You must have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or currently be awaiting an assessment for an ASC
- You must have funding from your Local Authority, HSC Trust (Northern Ireland) or HSE (Ireland) or be willing to self-fund the service
- Our services are available for ages from 5 years to adult
