Supporting Independence and creating opportunities!

The team work is fantastic and I feel very lucky to be a part of this amazing team and company!!

Cathy is an incredibly dedicated and popular member of one our teams in Supported Living.

“I started working for Autism Initiatives in Supported Living in 2003 as a Support Worker and within a few years promotion to Senior Support Worker. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to complete my NVQ level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care thanks to Autism Initiatives.
“I love my job and the fact that every day is different, but what I love the most is seeing our service users happy and becoming more and more independent and taking charge of their daily lives with our support. The team work is fantastic and I feel very lucky to be a part of this amazing team and company!!”
